Advocacy
ADAA advocates on behalf of its members regarding public policy issues. We monitor proposed and enacted legislation that could affect the fine arts community. ADAA distributes information and organizes seminars for its members to keep them up-to-date on laws and regulations applicable to their businesses. Additionally, our Executive Staff meets with legislators and lobbyists and attends Arts Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C., each year, representing the art dealer community with a unified voice in local, state, and federal politics.
