Jane Lombard Gallery has cultivated a reputation for its rigorous, scholarly approach to curating a diverse roster of artists. Highlights include landmark exhibitions such as Dan Perjovschi’s installation at Documenta 15 (2022); Lee Mingwei Rituals of Care at the De Young Museum (2024); Allspice | Michael Rakowitz & Ancient Cultures, at the Acropolis Museum (2025-2026); Unravel: The Power of Politics and Textiles in Art, a traveling group exhibition from the Barbican Centre to the Stedelijk Museum which showcased works by Margarita Cabrera(2024-2025); among others, solidifying the gallery's position as a leader in contemporary art.

Jane Lombard co-founded her first gallery SoHo in 1995 which quickly became known as a platform for international artists in New York City. In 2015, Jane Lombard launched her eponymous gallery, continuing a program showcasing artists engaged in cultural, social, and political dialogue.

Now located in the heart of Tribeca at 58 White Street, Jane Lombard Gallery continues to build upon its legacy of artistic excellence. The gallery remains a vital space where emerging and established artists alike can present their visionary work, engaging critically with the evolving landscape of contemporary art.
